Inguration - The Society of Worldwide Ethnic Chinese Photographers registered in Hong Kong
世界华人摄影学会在港注册成立

On 18 January 1995, a total of around 200 ethnic Chinese photographers from all over the world gathered together in Hong Kong for the Inguration. All participates are the members of SWECP. They are from China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, America, Canada and other countries. From Singapore, there are: Dr Chan, Lim Kwong Ling, Seah Liang Bing, Tan How Jwat, Lee Sow Lin, Tan Lip Seng and Bay Hua Heng. On this formal and grand inguration ceremony cum exhibition, Lim Kwong Ling was invited to deliver a speech. Mr Yang Shao Ming from China was elected as the President of the 1st Executive Committee. Lim Kwong Ling and Lee Sow Lin were also elected as the Executive member and advisor respectively.
世界华人华裔摄影家们, 于1995年1月18日云集在香港, 出席世界华人摄影学会的成立大典仪式. 参加的都为创会会员, 有中, 港, 澳, 台, 新加坡, 马来西亚, 菲律宾, 印尼, 日本, 以及美国, 加拿大等地合约2百人. 我国出席参加的有曾渊沧, 林光霖, 谢良明, 陈豪锐, 李少林, 陈立诚以及马华兴7人. 同时也举行了世界华人摄影学会成立作品展. 仪式庄严隆重. 林光霖也被邀在成立大会上讲话. 中国的杨绍明先生被选为第1届会长, 林光霖亦中选理事. 李少林则当选名誉顾问.
